There used to be a slab of concrete here, but Shannon's Uncle John came over and removed it with a sledgehammer and lots of freaking muscle. We thought is was only going to be 3 to 5 inches of concrete, but it ended up being about 12 inches deep.
This is the "before" picture. A buddy of mine and myself will be installing a deck tomorrow. Wish us luck! Have a great weekend!
