There's no reason to even try......

As an "apple", you can never fall far from the "tree". You may try, but you will always be from that tree. This was recently reinforced during a Home Depot visit. We needed a new toilet seat for the master bathroom, so I picked one up. Now, let me preface this story with the fact that a few months ago I was at my mom and dad's and my father made a point to show me the "Slow Closing Toilet Seat" he had recently purchased and yes, installed. I pretty much did everything except laugh in his face as I thought, you old lazy bas*rd...You can't lean over and close a freaking toilet seat? Well, while I was shopping for crapper cushions, I thought about all of the times that Jaden has dropped the seat down and me just making noise in the middle of the night. Yes, I purchased one. I have to say, it is one of the best purchases of my life. It does take some getting used to, as you think something is wrong when you try to close the seat and then it almost mocks you as it goes down so slowly, when you were expecting it to drop quickly, but you get used to it. I guess the moral of the story is, DNA supersedes everything.....Jaden, I apologize ahead of time. I am so VERY, VERY sorry!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy your week.
