I am posting some pictures of Austin during the delivery and while in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). PLEASE NOTE: These pictures may not be easy for some of you to view. It's our beautiful baby boy and I wanted everyone to see him and what he is dealing with right now. All we have are pictures of him because we can't hold him or touch him right now. It's been challenging, but your outreach and good wishes have been appreciated. We love you all very much and look forward to updating you with pictures of him at home with the family soon!

Welcome Austin Thomas! He arrived this evening weighing in at 7lbs 10oz and 21 inches long. Everything is good, except that his lungs are a little underdeveloped and so he will be spending some time in the NICU. We don't know a whole lot right now, but will know more in the morning. I'll keep you posted. Please say a prayer for our little guy. We just want him to be healthy so he can come meet his big brother Jaden!
Well, folks, we are at the hospital. Shannon is being hooked up to the machines as I type. It's easier to do this than watch all of the needles and prodding going on in front of me. She is a trooper. I love her so much and feel blessed that she is the mother of my children. I'll try to keep you all posted. Have a great day!
Well, Shannon just got back from the doctor's office and we are now scheduled to be induced on Friday. That's right, God willing, we will have the fourth member of the family sometime this coming weekend! I'll keep you posted on things. We can't wait! Enjoy your week!
