Grocery Getter

Daddy and Jaden went to the store yesterday and Jaden chose this cart over his usual "car" version. I've never seen this kind before. You strap them in and they kinda just stand there during the excursion. I actually liked it a lot because he couldn't get in and out like he does in the other one AND he can't reach anything because he is strapped in so snug. In any event, I just thought you all would like the see another picture of the little Guy. Have a great day! Oh, and we can't wait for mommy to get home tomorrow night!!!!

Aunt Tammy is a Genius!!!

Aunt Tammy reminded me that I DO have other cameras. One is my cell phone. I totally forgot about that one. The pictures are kinda grainy, but you get the idea of the fun Jaden is having while mommy has abandoned us for the week. ;-)

BIG, BIG fun with grandpa Tom on the riding mower. It pains me to see the yard that mom and dad have versus the sliver of grass we have that we are deemed to call a yard. Mom and dad have a YARD!

I'm certain there are laws against this type of event. After all, I can't even drive around with Jaden on my lap. That was the highlight of my youth. However, a close second was definitely riding on the mower with dad. Jaden is enjoying the exact same thing I did, except with a much better lawn mower. However, I recall MY dad having BLACK hair back then. ;-)

Earlier today. Dinner is served. McDonalds. When mommy is gone, Jaden and daddy eat out! Oh and when we roll, we roll in grease and cheese. :-)

Duck, Duck.....GOOSE!

Shannon had taken this picture of Jaden recently and changed it from color to black and white. We thought it looked pretty neat, so I thought I would share it with you all. Plus, Shannon took the camera with her to Mexico, so you all either have to read my blabbering posts or allow me to post old pictures. If I were a betting man, I would lean towards the fact that you are all here for the pictures and not my written observations of the world. Oh, and isn't Jaden even cute when you can't see his face? Blame it on Mexico, If you need a reason.......

Well, mommy safely made it to Mexico today and now we can start counting down the days until her return. Jaden and I went down to grandma Karen and grandpa Tom's this morning and hung out for a bit. Grandpa Tom even took Jaden for a ride around the yard on the lawnmower. Jaden had BIG, BIG fun! Then to top it off grandma Libby and mammaw Minnie came over to watch Jaden from 5 till 6:30 while daddy went to a meeting that he had to attend. The only thing that could have made the day any better (outside of mommy being here) would have been if grandpa Shaun and grandma Laurie Jo showed up. ;-) In any event, this week should be an interesting one. Daddy has to take Jaden to daycare and pick him up every day and still make it to work downtown by eight. Should be interesting. We really miss mommy and hope Friday gets here quickly.
